If there is a problem with any item purchased from us, please send us an eBay message right away. We respond to all messages within 48 hours (usually 24) Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays. We will do our best to resolve any problems that may arise. Negative feedback should only be used as a last resort. Please contact us first before taking this step. If you do not initiate contact we will not know there is a problem.
We ship within 1-2 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays) of when the payment is received and cleared. Transit times can vary depending on the carrier used for shipping.
